The Well Wombn CBE course is ideal for first time parents, parents who have not birthed in the last two years, or parents planning a TOLAC/VBAC. 

 

It is recommended that pregnant clients and their partner take this class no sooner than 25 weeks gestation, and no later than 35 weeks gestation.
