Text Support

 

If additional support is needed whether after our doula contract ends, following a lactation support session, or if you have just a few questions that doesn’t require in-person support, a virtual text support option may be purchased a la carte at a rate of $75/day or $475/week. Support available, pending availability, between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.

The text support plan is included with the initial lactation consult, and is not included in follow-up appointments,

Daytime Postpartum Support

$75/hr

A postpartum doula provides support during the initial 12 weeks following the birth of your newborn(s). This support is offered between the hours of 9 am and 6:30 pm and may include:

  • Preparing small meals

  • Offering lactation support and education

  • Infant feeding information and support

  • Newborn education

  • Creating time and space for new parents to meet their own needs

  • Light cleaning and tidying

  • Washing newborns laundry​

Postpartum Depression Screening Quiz

Overnight  Doula Support

$750

Overnight postpartum doula support from 8:30 pm to 6:30 am. As your doula, I might:

  • Prepare small meals while you sleep

  • Tidy the home and nursery

  • Wash and fold newborns laundry

  • Take care of newborn: feedings, changing, soothing

  • Bring newborn to nursing parent at night for body feeding

Bereavement Support      

Sliding Scale fee

A bereavement doula helps you cope with loss. This could be the loss of your life before baby, the loss of a loved one, miscarriage, stillbirth, or any grief you may experience throughout the perinatal term. This level of support is offered in-person, remotely via FaceTime, Skype, text or phone.

Lactation Counseling

$175/hr

Available by Zoom, FaceTime, or in the Dobbs Ferry studio.

The text support plan is included following the initial consult. Additional virtual support available at a rate of $75/day by purchasing the Text Support plan.
